You will be working with children with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and trauma. We have several vacancies throughout Blackpool, and new opportunities arising in coming months. These contracts are a temp-perm basis. Key Responsibilities: - Provide tailored support to children on a one-to-one and small group basis to help them overcome barriers to learning.

You will coordinate the allocation of safeguarding referrals and monitor their progress.

You will also request funding for packages of care via the resource allocation group through weekly presentations and negotiations.

You will contribute to team duty rotas to provide prompt and emergency support as required.
