You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Wellbeing & Fitness operation, ensuring that the team is fully trained in all aspects of the department.

You will also be responsible for providing high-end and exclusive personal training sessions tailored to our vast client base, supporting the development and delivery of our fitness programmes.

You will be working within a supportive, specialised provision that supports young people with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, Autism, communication differences, and complex learning profiles. Classes are smaller than average, and the curriculum is carefully adapted to help students re-engage with learning, build confidence, and work towards personalised outcomes.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-2-1 or in group sessions to provide additional training and support. Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, your trainer will move you forward to the next stage.
