You will have the following qualifications & experience:BSC, MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringExtensive industrial laboratory experience with a track record of increasing responsibility with people management. Demonstrated expertise in formulating, testing and manufacture of polyurethane adhesives.

You should either be working towards your NVQ Level 5 or be open to pursuing it.
