You will be required to do site visits in the designated area most of the days.

You will ensure at all times the highest standards of clinical care is delivered to our residents.

You will always be supported by a team of experienced care assistants and we offer full training and further career development.

You will require an active NMC Registration (PIN Number) and previous experience - management/supervisory experience is desirable.

You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, championing best practice in people management, safeguarding, and organisational effectiveness.

You will be an experienced HR leader with strong judgement, excellent communication skills, and the credibility to operate confidently at senior level in a complex, sensitive environment.

You will need to go through a strict vetting process that can take a few months to come through, so a start date will be agreed after clearance is passed and candidates must be able to commit fully if successful after interview. This role could also become Stand-by position.

You will demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and customer service at all times whilst promoting the values and vision of the Cinnamon Care Collection.

You will need to be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.

You will need to possess the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to work under pressure.
