Group Services Administrator jobs in Margate

You will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school, working closely with leadership, teaching staff, and parents. The role requires experience within a school environment, an understanding of additional needs, and proficiency with school systems such as BROMCOM, SIMS, or ARBOR.

You will be a frontline supervisor, supporting the manager to effectively manage a team of staff to deliver person centred, specialist services.

You will need to have a sound knowledge of person centred planning, rota planning and staff management/development.

You will be IT literate and able to undertake some administration duties.

You will lead a group of social work professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to disabled children and their families. The ideal candidate will have a Social Work degree and substantial experience in Children's Services. This pivotal role combines leadership with a strong focus on service quality.

You will be supported in your role with regular supervision and be enrolled within the Company’s extensive training package. Further widespread assistance within the company is provided by our Personnel, Finance, Administration, Training and Maintenance Departments along with the extensive professional knowledge from individuals to enhance and progress in your own career.

You will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three consecutive shifts off with the following shift options: - Full Time Days: 08:00-20:00 totalling to an average of 42 hours per week. - Full Time Nights: 20:00-08:00 totalling to an average of 42 hours per week.
