You will play a key role in training the team, maximising revenue, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Experience & Skills Required: • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role is desirable • Diploma or higher in hospitality management (or a related field) is desirable, though relevant experience will also be considered
