You will provide the initial welcome and the last farewell on departure to ensure our guests leave with a smile on their face.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Front of House, offer support and guidance to the team, ensure a lobby presence at all times especially at peak times, greeting and meeting guests, ensuring all VIP guests are met. Handle and oversee complaints, responsible for the training and performance of the team, create daily reports and being responsible for the end of day run.
