Guest Services Manager jobs in Gatwick

You will be responsible for making reservations for guests via Signet, ensuring both Outlook and Signet boxes are checked regularly and requests answered in a timely manner.

You will meet arriving flights and carry out visa/passport checks, relaying this information to UKBF.

You will have experience working within a customer service and / or operations environment, ideally gained ‘front of house'.

You must have a five-star smile! and a warm welcoming and approachable personality.

You will complete Duty Management shifts with an emphasis on guest care & interaction to ensure total guest enjoyment from the time a guest enters the hotel and spa to the time they pay their bill and leave.

You will coach, support and engage your team and support the creation of a positive work culture that is focused on excellence, as well as seeking strategies for continuously improving the guest experience.
