You will be required to work 12-hour shifts, and this can be daytime or night time, in order to mitigate the risk associated with sharing the workspace and to manage reduced business levels. - Maintain good working relationships with colleagues - Attend training when required

You will coach, support and engage your team and support the creation of a positive work culture that is focused on excellence, as well as seeking strategies for continuously improving the guest experience. What you'll be doing To lead the Guest Experience function at the hotel, ensuring all guests receive an outstanding level of service through the night

You will also be comfortable using a range of technology, including MS Office.

You will manage a small team, whilst also being hands on and having the chance to increase your earnings through overtime. This company are market leaders within the waste management field, trading for around 40 years they are now looking to grow the business further.

You should have strong customer service and man management skills.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, co-ordinate and manage day-to-day maintenance activity, ensure full regulatory compliance, and lead a team of B1 and B2 Line/AOG Engineers. This role suits a hands-on leader who is comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.

You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.

You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.

You must also be able to work within a confined space, without restriction.

You must hold a full drivers licence to be able to attend all site across London & Thames ValleyWhats in it for you?
