You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way - Leading from the front, you will be hands on working with the team on the line and on floor with customers - Responsible for supporting your General Manager and delivering store results - Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs

You will need to have good communication skills both written and verbal.

You will organise and undertake general maintenance which may include; basic plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating, groundwork, general building work, replace light bulbs, cleaning gutters etc.

You will be part of the out-of-hours cover providing both phone advice and attending the home in person as required.
