You will conduct policy investigations, make informed liability decisions, and identify recovery opportunities, ensuring claims are handled proactively to reduce litigation.

You will join a well-established team of experienced professionals who provide ongoing support and collaboration, helping you develop deeper expertise while contributing to key team and client objectives.

You will have strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing client documentation, ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process

You must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to ensure we meet expectations and compliance standards

You will work alongside a team of fraud specialists, running a caseload of suspected fraud files acting without any delegated authority.

You will be encouraged to collaborate to achieve the best possible results in a commercially sound manner. Our counter fraud lawyers apply both a forensic and analytical approach to dealing with evidence.

You will take ownership of your own portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, managing renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day servicing. The client base is varied, with premiums typically ranging from £2,000 up to £25,000, and the work is spread across multiple classes.

You will be trusted to manage your own workload, supported by an experienced broking team, and given room to develop.

You will provide advice and hands-on assistance to clients throughout the lifecycle of professional indemnity and related insurance claims. This includes liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and solicitors, supporting internal broking teams, and assisting senior management with reporting and technical insight.
