You will respond to guest requests for special arrangements, provide insider recommendations, and ensure seamless communication across departments. With a focus on refinement and attentiveness, you will embody the St. Regis tradition of excellence and serve as a trusted guide for our guests.

You will have excellent spoken and written English with immaculate presentation * Previous experience in 5* Hotel/Hospitality or Super Prime Residential Developments essentialThe successful Head Concierge can expect a starting salary between £34,000 - £36,500 (depending on experience and qualifications) with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.

You will communicate and interact with guests in the lobby, inquire about their stay, and take note of any feedback to record their comments and requests to enhance future stays. Assist Guest Services by handling guest luggage during arrivals and departures, arranging taxis, and coordinating courier services to meet guest needs.

You must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.
