You will help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard care for Patients and Clients.

You will have an interest in and want to learn about, the practice as a business, as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals.

You will be fully supported by our Practice Owner who is an experienced vet and holds a Master in Clinical Oncology.

You will be joining an evolving, supportive, and friendly team of 3 Vets, 2 RVN’s, 3 VCA’s and 3 Receptionist, all dedicated to providing a superb standard of client and animal care.

You will help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard care for Patients and Clients.

You will be responsible for dealing with non-clinical related complaints.

You will strive to continually look for ways to improve the client journey by re-assessing protocols and obtaining feedback from clients, while actively promoting our online presence.

You will greet each client and offer support, guidance, and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently.

You should have excellent customer service and communication skills, and a good experience of veterinary nursing with a genuine interest in animal welfare, enjoying the variety provided by the clients and colleagues alike. You must have a passion for providing excellent preventative healthcare, desire responsibility to support and grow your colleagues, a love for pushing anaesthesia and analgesia to the highest standards and putting our patients first.

You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £30k - £33k /annum(FTE), 4 weeks holiday + additional bank holiday allocation.

You will have an interest in and want to learn about, the practice as a business, as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals. They key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the Veterinary Nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care.

You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Your passion for service is matched with your love of pets. You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.
