You will be the first point of contact for customers using their platform, providing high-quality support and ensuring a smooth service experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their technical career in a dynamic, fintech-oriented setting. Working Hours: Evening shift, 4:00 PM 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday, supporting clients across multiple time zones.

You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring they have the best technology in place to run their businesses.
