You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales. We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

You will have knowledge of the issues facing young people who are care-experienced and/or on the edges of care, knowledge of current relevant legislation and policies relating to children and young people as well as a working knowledge of child protection procedures. A full driving license and access to a car for work purposes is an essential requirement.

You must hold an Intermediate Food Hygiene Qualification or equivalent and a food preparation qualification - NVQ level 2, C+G 706/1 + 706/2.

You should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.

You will provide both onsite and remote support, working closely with teams across the business to help maintain and continuously improve our integrated H&S systems and procedures. The role can be adapted to suit the experience level of the successful candidate, with full training and ongoing support provided.

You will be responsible for the overall operational, commercial and financial performance of the Hard FM contract, ensuring excellent service delivery, statutory compliance and strong client relationships.

You must be able to present evidence of your right to work in the UK prior to start with us.

You will also need to provide two satisfactory references and apply for a Basic Disclosure.
