You will be responding to requests for IT assistance and service from end users, dealing with enquiries efficiently in a polite and courteous manner,

You will be logging and categorising customer interactions concisely and efficiently, while taking ownership and following these up to completion.

You will be responsible for planning your daily workload and driving to farms to process Farm Saved Seed. An important part of your role will be continuously checking product quality, taking samples and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for maintaining mobile and site machinery while ensuring it is clean and tidy and that Health & Safety processes are always adhered to.

You will be tasked with carrying out first line maintenance up to and including 6 monthly 12 monthly planned maintenance routines and maintaining electrical equipment.

You must also have a good understanding of the Management of Change and permit processes.

You will work directly with the founder to take prototypes into real venues and turn them into a reliable, scalable product.

You will work across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and real-world installs. One day you might be debugging a hardware or firmware issue, the next you could be installing a system, running a live demo, or speaking with a brewery about improvements.
