You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour.

You will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions.

You must be comfortable with lone working & supporting individuals with Mental Health Needs

You will empower individuals to live the lives they choose, whether that is in their own homes or out in the community. Your responsibilities will include: - Helping people develop new skills and achieve personal goals. - Providing personal, emotional, and practical support.

You will be based as per this advert however you may be required to work from any of the ELHT sites.

You should also note that any offer of employment will be subject to the Trust terms and conditions along with the satisfactory completion of a driving assessment and you must complete a satisfactory driving assessment each year to retain your employment in this role
