You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, support internal staff and healthcare customers, and contribute to continuous improvement across platforms and services.

You will provide respectful personal care and offer practical and emotional support, developing and maintaining warm and trusting relationships with service users. Flexibility is key, as you will work shifts over the weekend and bank holidays, with both day and waking night shifts available.

You will help learners build practical skills, promote safe working practices, contribute to session planning, and monitor and record their progress.

You should have practical construction or engineering experience, relate well to young people and support their individual learning needs.
