You will be responsible for optimising workflows, automation, data usability, establishing & maintaining CRM governance, CRM road mapping, CRM Best Practice, and overall CRM strategy. Based on the outskirts of Northampton you MUST have your own transport and be happy to do 4 days a week in the office.

You will also be expected to source and screen candidates, negotiate and close deals, and work towards your personal and team targets.
