Help Desk Support jobs in Sandown

You will be part of a supportive team doing all sorts of things – from security and searches at the gate, to managing deliveries, supervising visitors, and monitoring phone calls and CCTV. It's a varied and active job involving tasks which combine some desk duties with more physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and walking to escort vehicles across the prison grounds.

You will work in a person‐centred and trauma‐informed way, building professional and trusting relationships while promoting emotional well‐being, dignity, and respect.

You will advocate on behalf of the people we support, respond appropriately to crisis situations, and ensure safeguarding and risk management procedures are followed at all times.
