You will encourage residents to engage in various exciting social activities both within and outside the home. Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, enabling them to fully enjoy their time at the service, is key.

You will engage positively with service users and their families to build trusting relationships and work flexibly according to the needs of the service.

You will be part of the wider 0-25 service and therefore an understanding of children services will be of benefit. We offer £250 new starter bonus and/or £250 referral bonus for your friends/colleagues. Requirements of the role: - Qualified Social Worker - Fully Social Work England registered

You will be expected to undertake the statutory requirements of your role and that of the local authority to include Care Act duties, Safeguarding, both adult and children. You are required to have proven experience of supervision, mentoring or supporting the learning of others.

You must hold a Dip SW, CQSW or degree in Social Work and be a qualified AMHP and Practice Educator.
