You will be supporting people with a range of needs to live happy, independent lives — at home and in the community. Your day might include bowling trips, discos in the service, bingo, arts & crafts, café trips for coffee & cake, attending local day centres with the people we support and more!

You will join our amazing team at our residential service in Deeping St James which has been was rated Good by CQC. We supports 5 adults with dual sensory complex needs including physical disabilities and challenging behaviour.

You will be expected to work every other weekend.

You will work as part of the 7 day Adult Care rota. This equates to approximately 1 in 4 weekends worked, and these are all scheduled 3 months in advance.

You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary.

You will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions. The support you provide will change with everyone you work with because everyone is different.
