You will ensure technicians meet targets, assist service managers, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have relevant motor industry experience, a UK driving licence, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for growth within a prominent company that values teamwork and customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan and manage the testing and durability of various munitions in a safe and controlled environment.

You will ensure that the team have the appropriate competence and behaviours to deliver their work in a safe manner in accordance with QinetiQ Engineering Principles.

You will be working on a well-maintained fleet of HGV units and trailers in a professional, well-organised workshop environment.

You will also have access to MIG and TIG welding facilities, making this an excellent opportunity for mechanics with fabrication and welding experience.
