You should have excellent communication skills and ideally, experience of working with young people, particularly those with SEND needs. This can be a fast- paced environment and you will need to be enthusiastic, positive, flexible, patient and resilient. You will not be expected to plan for lessons. There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to run Forest school sessions on a Wednesday afternoon if Forest school trained. (This however is not essential to applicants)
