You will lead and develop a team, from within the Temporary Works CoE department, providing safe, practical and economical designs for internal clients to a high standard of professional competence and in compliance with company procedures. This role can be based at our Leeds, Solihull, or Kilsyth, Scotland office, with a hybrid working schedule.

You will be responsible for collecting cars and delivering them back to customers, ensuring their cars are operated safely and responsibly.

You will ensure the highest standard of care and presentation of all vehicles to the highest standard for both display vehicles and customer handovers.

You will be responsible for: Welcoming customers with a friendly face Processing bets and assisting with customer queries Helping customers by demonstrating how to use betting terminals Building relationships with our customers and providing an excellent customer service Championing safer gambling at all times Supporting managers with shop displays and opening / closing activities as required

You will leverage your background experience and skills to provide time-critical observation, assessment, repair, and monitoring of complex communications systems and data links providing sustained operation. Furthermore, you will articulate your recommendations to the customer to inform decisions on mission critical infrastructure and equipment.
