You will be an integral player in our clinical team and work collaboratively with executive leadership and other clinical directors to establish and maintain best clinical practices across all Riverbend residential programs.

You will be supported by and report to the Associate Chief Clinical Officer.

You will help identify, engage, and close new business for our Strategic Enterprise segment. You’ll also partner closely with the CS, Engineering, and Product to own land and expand with the C‑Suite at some of the largest property managers in the US such as Greystar, Cushman & Wakefield, Asset Living, and FPI.

You will need to be CQC registered and comfortable working within regulation, but the focus is on creating a safe, well-led home where people genuinely feel at ease.

You will be fully supported by a dedicated Operations Manager, together with an established on-site leadership and support team, including the Deputy Manager, nursing team, Administrator, and housekeeping colleagues.

You will also appraise tender documents, produce bills of quantities (BOQ's), look into risk & value management, prepare budgets, estimates & costing plans. Producing accurate & competitive tender bids, to continue business growth.
