You will act as Project Monitor on lender-funded developments across the Midlands, from initial due diligence through delivery, providing clear, commercially focused advice to lenders and project teams. This is a judgement-led role. You’ll be expected to interrogate proposals, identify and articulate risk, and support lender confidence throughout the lifecycle of each project.

You must be self motivated and the right people will be fully responsible for generating their own sales leads, contacting potential customers and business partners and must be able to provide good customer service.
