You will be a hands-on, can do, leader, combining your natural ability to communicate with your outstanding organisational skills.

You will also need to become amember of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.

You will also be required to adhere to the SSSC Code of practice. We have a legal obligation to ensure that we do not employ any worker who has not been granted the relevant permission to work in the UK.

You will lead both hard and soft facilities management, managing a small team and a range of third-party suppliers. The role combines operational delivery with people leadership, compliance oversight and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Manage buildings and facilities across multiple offices to provide safe, comfortable working environments

You will play a key role in ensuring the dignified and efficient transfer and cremation of human remains, as well as supporting ceremony services and memorial activities. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, totaling 37 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.69 per hour.

You will be an integral part of the staff bank at a service for those who have long term neurological conditions where you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors area.

You will be working at The Bridge, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service.
