You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a dedicated care team, and ensuring the highest standards of service, compliance, and resident wellbeing. You will play a key role in preparing the home for opening, including recruitment, systems implementation, regulatory readiness and culture-building, before transitioning into full operational management post-opening.

You will be a visible, hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational delivery.

You must be self motivated and the right people will be fully responsible for generating their own sales leads, contacting potential customers and business partners and must be able to provide good customer service. Tasks include phone calls and scheduling virtual meetings with prospective clients and team members, initially working together with Val as part of our training scheme.
