You will take personal responsibility for continuing professional development and maintaining performance levels.

You will manage your time effectively and respond flexibly to service needs, provide support and cover for the Team Manager and/or Principal Manager, and actively participate in the performance management system, including supervision, PAR, team meetings, and service reviews.

You will have a sensitive hands-on approach to help meet the specific needs of the brothers and sisters staying with us, by providing activities and opportunities for play, as well as emotional support and bereavement care when needed. Our sibling team focus specifically on ensuring the brothers and sisters stay is a positive and happy experience.

You will be based at our Warwick Hospice but required to work at our Rugby and Coventry Hospices on occasion.
