You will have experience as a Maintenance or Property Manager ideally in a new opening hotel environment - Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (2365) and 18th Edition Testing & Inspection - Strong technical expertise across electrical, plumbing, mechanical and building systems
