You will be working on a planned maintenance contract including disrepair, damp and mould as well as other planned works such as kitchen and bathrooms, windows and doors etc.

You will be responsible for managing technical and complex projects from start to finish, providing a highly professional competent service, with experience and exemplary customer service.

You will need to have a well-organised approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on your own.
