You will be contributing to the effective operation of the department, whilst learning the basics of HR as a foundation for a broader career in the field.

You will be part of the People Service Desk who provide administrative support & customer service across the Employee Lifecycle.

You will help ensure: Accurate and timely documentation of system updates and issues. Improved user experience through efficient troubleshooting and clear communication. Strong collaboration across departments to ensure technology supports operational goals. Enhanced system security through diligent monitoring and adherence to best practices.

You will be allocated the time required during the working week to attend learning that supports your apprenticeship course. This may involve travelling to College one day a week or accessing training online.

You must be flexible and adaptable due to ever-changing demands - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

You will join us on a fixed apprenticeship salary. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be re-graded, with your pay range consistent with the job family for your business area.
