You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and practices, with a particular focus on areas of specialism such as litigation, casework, policy, or organisational design.

You will already have CIPD Associate membership or equivalent or be willing to work towards attaining this within 18 months in post.

You will be working for a large public sector organisation that is going through an extensive transformation programme including finance and ERP.

You will work alongside colleagues providing the technical accounting knowledge of finance systems within the Finance function.

You will have a broad range of real estate experience with a minimum of 3 yrs’ PQE at Associate level and 5 yrs’ at Senior Associate level. Public Sector experience would be useful as would prior exposure to undertaking corporate support work. Comfortable developing client relationships and being able to offer proactive advice across a range of matters.

You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual territory plan, focusing on new prospects with between 350 to 1499 employees in the UK (more globally). The types of deals that you get to work on will vary; it could be a 3-5 month process with 3/4 stakeholders, at £20-50,000 in year 1 revenue for a local only offering.
