You will DoTo arrange and coordinate all aspects relative to sea staff being employed, paid, appointed, joining and leaving Company vessels, all in accordance with the company Quality Management System and associated work processes and client specific requirements.

You will work on a broad, high-quality mix of matters, including: - Strategic HR advisory work and complex employment litigation - Global employment projects and multi-jurisdictional workforce issues - Corporate and M&A support, including restructurings and TUPE-related matters
