You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them rethink how they assess, hire, and develop talent, and guiding them from the first conversation through to close and handover.

You will be selling a science-led product with real-world impact, not generic HR software

You will need to have been 360 in an agency and not come from an internal recruitment/TA background. Experience networking at a senior level and flipping candidates to clients. Very skilled in negotiating, upselling, making the most of every conversation, asking for leads, asking for referrals etc.
