You will report to the Contract Manager to assist in logistically managing the workload of a team of Traffic Management Operatives to ensure they are undertaking work at the expected standards, times and locations. Coordination and Logistics Responsible for the accurate building, reviewing and creation of picking lists for all work onto our ERP system.

You will also provide general administrative support to the senior leadership team and may occasionally be required to cover lessons when needed. The school has a friendly, inclusive ethos and a supportive leadership team who value teamwork and professional development.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, becoming a trusted and experienced point of contact for managers and employees across the business.

You will be experienced in generalist HR duties and confident dealing with operational, shop-floor environments.

You will be responsible for but not limited to: - Lead and optimise daily operational activities across multiple construction projects. - Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex operational tasks with precision. - Analyse performance data to make confident, actionable decisions.
