You will DoTo manage the function assigned within the AECMI Marine HR Department and maintain its integrity and to ensure professional, efficient and effective operation of all aspects of Cruise Marine HR Department. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse and map current processes, ensuring they align with a newly implemented third-party platform designed to streamline global mobility operations. The project involves complex activities such as visa management, accommodation, and compliance for large-scale deployments (50–100 people), so strong process analysis skills are essential.
