You will plan, implement and document technical solutions and assist in the transitions of solutions into live service, as well as providing 3rd line support services. Skills and Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (3rd line equivalent). Proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain technical infrastructure.

You will be communicating directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat. The purpose of the job is to provide a fantastic customer experience by always responding quickly and professionally. The suitable candidate will be welcomed into the team where they will work alongside established, skilled consultants to help 'raise the bar' in terms of customer experience.

You will also require the following: - Broad experience in using test equipment, including digital oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analysers, Function Generators, Multimeters and Power Supplies - Ability to maintain several production test and reference facilities - Experienced in problem-solving, fault finding and repair down to the component level for analogue and digital designs
