You will work closely with global HR stakeholders, system integrator partners, and data teams to ensure accurate data, trusted reporting, and scalable HR analytics solutions.

You will manage complex absence and termination cases, act as an escalation point for HR queries, and work closely with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Payroll, Finance and Employee Relations.

You will work closely with NEC teams worldwide, our India-based administrators, and third-party partners to ensure smooth system operations, rapid resolution of issues, and continuous improvement of our HR technology landscape.

You will be the primary contact for managing the outsourced payroll bureau, ensuring compliance with HMRC and pension regulations, and producing essential payroll data for internal and external stakeholders.

You will have at least five years’ experience in payroll, ideally within education, the public sector, or a similarly complex environment.

You will ensure a welcoming, respectful and inclusive atmosphere within our reception area, ensuring every student feels listened to, valued and safe.

You will be a consistent and supportive first point of contact with Union services and provide information and basic signposting on a broad range of issues.
