You will be responsible for: - Creating rotas and updating schedules to ensure safe staffing levels - Scheduling and coordinating care visits - Matching carers to clients based on skills, experience and needs - Liaising with clients, families, and external professionals - Supporting carers with day-to-day queries and problem-solving
