You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who will be part of supporting the business as they go through an organisational change journey.

You will also play a key role in the delivery of workforce solutions, interventions and actions and will work collaboratively with leaders from within your client group and wider business.

You will drive the branch forward by increasing business levels and ensuring premier quality service to new and existing customers.

You will manage the damage process and ensure your team are fully trained on the process and ensure all service level agreements are met.
