You will also be responsible for promoting additional products and added value services, as well as resolving customer complaints.

You will build strong working relationships with all departments to embed safety and quality into daily operations and promote and drive a proactive HSEQ culture through visible leadership, communication, and engagement.

You will have 1 direct and 1 indirect report on site and report into a HSEQ Director.

You will play a critical part in ensuring a large nationwide fleet operates safely, legally, and efficiently, while embedding strong safety standards across fleet, site, and operational activities.

You will work closely with operational teams, mechanics, and leadership, acting as the central authority for fleet compliance and operational safety.

You will work closely with senior leaders, contractors and clients to embed a proactive safety culture, manage risk effectively and ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Director of Health, Safety & Environment, this is a visible, field-based role with real influence across day-to-day operations and longer-term improvement activity.

You will provide commercial insight and assurance across procurement, contract management, and project delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to project teams and stakeholders. The position is hybrid, with three days per week based onsite in Warrington. Key Responsibilities - Provide professional quantity surveying and commercial management support across major infrastructure projects
