You will have strong communication skills, attention to detail and be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn. The position is well suited to candidates currently in a trainee, assistant or co-ordinator role looking to make a move into an Advisor position.

You should be confident evaluating and improving safety programmes, and stepping in to guide safe behaviours and working conditions when needed.

You will ideally hold a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or higher), certification for the Internal Auditor element of the role and have proven experience in safety coaching or training.

You will be expected to:Support the HSQE Lead to create a culture that promotes Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Safety in the workplace. Monitor and accurately report on HSQE compliance. Conduct accident investigations ensuring problems are appropriately addressed and rectified.
