You will work with children in Nursery or Reception who require additional support to access learning and school routines. You will be supporting a Year 1 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them to access the curriculum and develop key communication and social skills. Your role will involve working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.

You will work with small groups and some individual pupils throughout the morning who are working below the expected level or at expected level but have the potential to achieve greater depth. The class teacher will provide guidance on areas that the children need to develop and you will work with them to prepare activities for the individual groups.
