You will support senior management in enhancing organisation, quality, and cost-effectiveness while developing HR processes that align with the company’s growth plans and business goals.

You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders.

You will also provide support to the safety & environment lead and business areas of the mill in the delivery of health and safety objectives and projects.

You will focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre.

You will provide a high standard of Occupational Health verbal and written advice to Human Resources, managers, staff and external clients including assessment, advice/education, treatment, management and functional capacity evaluation.

You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders.

You must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired & your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days - a requirement for the role.
