Human Resources Contractor jobs in Surrey

You will play a key role in ensuring HR practices are compliant, consistent and aligned with business objectives, while promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture.

You will be responsible for providing advice on people related issues in line with UK and Irish legislation, Company policies and best practice.

You will also be working in partnership with Line Managers / Team Leads on topics like performance management, absence management, resourcing, employee development and employee relations.

You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while also being hands-on in implementing HR practices that support our growth and values. Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & Engagement * Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.

You will be a strong team player with a highly organised and methodical approach, you'll have the ability to coordinate, manage and balance multiple projects and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have experience within a similar fast-paced industry and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with managers, employees and Trade Unions.

You will be part of a great team who love new technologies.

You will have strong T-SQL skills and Performance Dashboard development and hold experience of developing and maintaining Data Warehouses.

You will also have strong skills in creating SSRS reports and in data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
