You will join a friendly team of over 80 Hydrologists, Hydrogeologists, Water Resources Planners and Water Quality Scientists as part of our wider Water Environment Team.

You will be expected to have responsibility for:

You will ideally have skills in hydraulic and hydrological Modelling, factual and interpretative reporting, data management, analysis, and presentation of results.

You will play a key role in delivering sustainable, climate‐resilient flood risk and drainage solutions, with opportunities to also work across hydrology, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) design, flood risk appraisal, and development planning support.

You should have experience in delivering flood risk projects with a focus on hydraulic modelling, and the confidence to lead technical work as well as mentor junior team members in developing their skills.

You will be able to build strong relationships with our clients with a high degree of collaborative working skills to ensure we get the best from our working relationships with client teams.

You will be based near the beautiful, academic city of Oxford.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining large-scale hydrological modelling systems. These platforms are used by regulators, practitioners and researchers to better understand river systems, flood behaviour and long-term water availability.
