You will join our team in Luton, working in and around the district, where we specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies.

You will also manage your own caseload and inspire your team to meet both service and individual targets, having an IAPT Supervision Course is essential.

You will contribute to the overall performance and delivery of a responsive, high-quality service, ensuring that all interventions meet clinical governance and IAPT quality standards.

You will also actively participate in case management and line management supervision and support the wider team to deliver excellent outcomes.

You will assess service users' suitability for evidence-based interventions and deliver a wide range of Step 2 psychological therapies, both on a one-to-one basis and through therapeutic groups.
