You will help maintain and continuously improve the company's excellent health and safety, environmental and sustainability records by: - Ensure company-wide compliance with all relevant legislation and standards across company sites - Provide advice, support, and guidance to staff

You will be part of the employability team, working to break down barriers to employment and helping clients move back into work through exemplary case management, support, advice, advocacy, and signposting to relevant services. 65% of this role is community based within the Bexley Boroughs the rest will be office based in Bexleyheath.

You will provide comprehensive welfare benefits and money advice to customers, helping them maximise their income to afford and maintain their tenancies.

You must have a full driving licence and the use of a vehicle with business insurance. This post is subject to an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

You will carry out health and safety audits, inspections, and accident investigations across our sites and will provide advice to managers within dedicated departments to undertake their health and safety duties and responsibilities.

You will be supported by a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor and theCorporate Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager, along with a team of other advisors.

You will be contracted to either the Bangor, Cardiff or Aberystwyth office and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment.

You must be available to travel to other offices in Wales.

You will need to work as part of a flexible shift pattern to cover service hours of 8am to 6pm.
